Refund policy

We want you to love your DOWN JOHN™ Septic Tank Treatment solution.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30-days* of purchase. For items to be returned, they must be purchased on www.downjohn.com or through facebook or instagram (see below for Amazon orders) and be unopened, unused, and still have tags/barcodes attached and be in sell-able condition.

To request a return or exchange, email info@downjohn.com with "Refund - Your Order #" in the subject line and we will work with you to process the return.  Down John cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for the refund to be applied to your account.

*Holiday Return Policy: Products purchased from the official DOWN JOHN Store (https://downjohn.com) in November and December may be returned/exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
